Spring Cleaning and Maintenance
Spring! Time to clean the old files from your computer and make sure it's ready to provide you with another year of happy computing. Would you like your machine to be faster and more reliable? Consider clearing out the junk and making sure you don't have viruses or spyware reducing your computer's performance. You may also wish to consider adding RAM to increase available memory, so you have enough power to run any new programs. RAM is much cheaper than a new computer, and has no learning curve.
Remote Access
We found a new remote access package that we really like, called I'm InTouch. If you forget something at the office, or you are away on a trip, you can securely access your home or office computer and perform tasks as if you were there. If you ever have a problem with your computer, I'm InTouch allows you to invite a technician to assess and even repair the problem remotely. Remote access technology can save considerable time, and money, on service calls. You can also invite other users to view your screen for a remote demonstration, saving money versus a service like GoToMyPC.
